PRODUCT SUMMARY
RxClay contains a highly-researched sodium-free and heavy metal-free montmorillonite clay that has been sterilized and ground to a uniform 50 micron size. This small size allows for large dispersal in the bowel, which contributes to this clay's clinical effectiveness. RxClay will not donate its aluminum ion when ingested. The aluminum stays with the clay and is evacuated through the stools. RxClay absorbs toxins and pro-inflammatory compounds that can contribute to soft stools or diarrhea. It also helps improve the health and function of the bowel wall. This exact clay was tested on dogs undergoing chemotherapy who developed serious diarrhea. More than 65% of the dogs in this study resolved their diarrhea within 72 hours. RxClay has been found to not interfere with absorption of medications or nutrients in the bowel.
